• Mandatory mask wearing

I have found from someone else that I am in contact with that the supermarkets are not going to confront anyone not wearing a mask from Friday onwards. She had apporached all the major supermarkets and had the same response from most. At the time she was still waiting for a reply from a couple, but I would imagine that they would follow the others. Waitrose, Marks and Spencer, Tesco and Iceland had definitley replied, all saying the same.

I have been into town this morning and made a point of asking in the shops I went into, W H Smith/The Post Office, Boots and Homebase and was told the same thing in all stores. They will not approach anyone who is not wearing a mask, that there is a number of reasons why people wouldnt be and they will not be policing it.

LAst week I used a contact form on the government website to query being able to work. I received a response today informing me that they were unable to answer my query and suggesting I forward my enquirey to my local MP. On receiving this i decided to check the government website again to see if it had changed. The following was not on the therapy page but the gym page.

' The evidence suggets that wearing a face covering does not protect you,but it may protect others if you are infected but have not developed sympotms.

It is important to know that the evidence of the benefit of using a face covering to protects others is weak and the effect is likely to be small, therefore face coverings are not a replacement for the other ways of managing risk, inchlding minimising time spent in contact and increasing hand washing'.

This is on the website today 22nd July and yet they have made face masks mandatory from the 24th July. It makes no sense! Neither does it make sense that they are expecting the public to wear one if going into a shop, but not the members of staff inside the shop.

You also do not need to wear a face covering if you have a good reason not to. This includes:

if you have a physical or mental illness or impairment, or a disability that means you cannot put on, wear or remove a face covering

if putting on, wearing or removing a face covering would cause you severe distress

if you are travelling with, or providing assistance to, someone who relies on lip reading to communicate

if you are travelling to avoid injury or escape the risk of harm, and you do not have a face covering with you

if you need to remove it during your journey to avoid harm or injury or the risk of harm or injury to yourself or others

if you need to eat, drink, or take medication you can remove your face covering

if you are asked to remove your face covering by a police officer

I have found that you do not have to produce evidence of exemption, although there are cards available from various sources online. I have also seen a letter given to a patient suffering health issues from his doctor on asking for an exemption certificate because he was anxious about being approached, telling him that they NHS hierarchy have instructed all GP's not to be giving out letters of exemption, regardless of reason. Not sure who the 'NHS hierarchy' are?

The agenda behind this is to have the members of the population that would not normally be at risk of a virus, to have them wearing masks so that their immune function is lowered, therefore making them more susceptible when the flu virus returns in the Autumn. The second wave that they have been predicting for many weeks. They are trying to instil fear and cause discord between the population, those who wear masks and those who do not. Then they can tae their next step of attempting to enforce a vaccine.

So there is no good reason why a healthy person should wear a mask during their normal daily life. Not only will it effect health and make you more vulnerable in the future, but your breath is your connection to source energy, your sense of personal power, which is another reason why they want to restrict it.
